All “Submittals/Proposals” for the Student Services 219 Office Remodel shall be mailed to or delivered to the attention of Harlan Hill at the Ozarks Technical Community College Campus (OTC-Operations Center), 933 E. Central Avenue, Springfield, Missouri 65802, no later than 10:00 a.m., CST, Friday, December 2, 2011 (time shall be determined by the clock in the Operations Center Facilities Office). Submittals received after 10:00 a.m. shall be returned unopened.
A Single Lump Sum Price: Bid Proposal is requested on an office remodel of the Student Services 219 office located on the second floor of the Information Commons West, 1001 East Brower, Springfield, MO 65082. The project must reach Substantial Completion by Wednesday, February 15, 2012.

Pre-Bid Conference/Site Investigation:
10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Project Site, Ozarks Technical Community College Springfield Campus, 1001 East Chestnut Expressway in the city of Springfield, Missouri 65802. The meeting will convene at the OTC-Operations Center (Facilities Office), located at 933 E. Central Street. The Pre-Bid meeting is non-mandatory; however, the bidders will not be allowed to tour the work areas at any other time during bidding.
