The following guidelines have been developed to establish fair and applicable procedures to improve methods for bidding construction projects in the Springfield area.

A team from Springfield Contractors Association, the Southwest Missouri Subcontractors Association and the Springfield Chapter of the American Institute of Architects worked hard to condense many ideas and suggestions into this manageable form.
