Remove old caulking clean and re-apply new caulking around restroom sinks, water closets, kitchens sinks and break room sinks, and countertops

The above services shall be provided at each of the following main campus buildings:

9. ICW – 1001 E. Brower St.
10. ITTC – 1111 E. Brower St.
11. Lincoln Hall – 815 N. Sherman St.
12. Maintenance – 931 E. Central St.                                       
13. Media Services Ctr. – 910 N. Hampton
14. NKM – 1020 E. Brower St.
15. Purchasing – 933 E. Central St.
16. Center for Workforce Development (CWD) – 614 N. Washington

PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISIT

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 in the OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections during the following schedule:

Springfield                              May 25, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Bid Opening:  Wednesday, June 1, 2011 10:00 a.m. at 933 E. Central (RPM Building)
