Doors in Freudenberger House and Blair Shannon will be replaced under this contract. In Freudenberger House, most wood doors will be replaced and new hardware installed. The metal door frames will remain in place and will need to be modified as needed for the new hardware. Work in this facility will need to be scheduled around camps and conferences that will be using Freudenberger House. At Blair Shannon House, all wood doors above the first floor will be replaced with new hardware. This project includes new transoms to be set to match the architecture of the existing building. Blair Shannon House will be closed during the summer for renovation for this and other contracts to be awarded. Completion date for this door replacement work will be August 1, 2011.
