MSU 3 month Look Ahead
The New Year is well under way now and our department is busily trying to prepare projects for 2016. Our focus is turning to summer work. Below you will find a list of projects that are either currently out for bid, or are scheduled to bid over the next few months. As always, some dates may change on these projects as we get closer to the time frame for the release of the project. The projects currently scheduled include:
Rectify Water Damage, JQH Arena
Project Description: Rectify the water damage which occurred in the basement locker rooms at JQH Arena. The work will be split into multiple phases to accommodate the athletic schedules. Work includes installation of new insulation, drywall, wall and floor preparation for finishes, carpet, cove base, toe kicks for the lockers and cabinets, repairing millwork and paint.

Project Description: This project installs new air handling units in the common spaces in Hutchens House.

Mezzanine Improvements, Sunvilla Tower, Springfield Campus
Project Description: Improve existing common area in student residential apartment tower. Scope of work to include insulated glazing replacement, existing storefront system waterproofing, general carpentry, terrazzo flooring improvements, painting, new stainless steel handrails, acoustical ceiling tile replacement, and electrical upgrades.
