Office Space for Lease

We must lease the "B" space. We depend on this income to pay the bills and continue to provide our members with the services you've come to expect. Although we are listed with an agent, we hve only shown the space a couple of times this year.

Space Details:

• $915 per month (1100 sq.ft. at $10.00 per gross square foot) based on a 5-year lease.
  
• The number is negotiable depending on infill needs.
  
• Landlord pays water, sewer and trash pickup.
  
• Tenant pays electric and gas.
