 Richwood Valley OTC Facilities Office located at 3369 B West Jackson Street, Ozark, Missouri.

 Ozark/Branson                         Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

 OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, Missouri.

 Lebanon/Waynesville             Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
