OZARKS TECHNICAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Bids will be accepted to provide snow removal services with a forecasts of 1” or greater will require pre-staging of snow removal equipment.  Snow removal for a period of nine months as needed at various OTC campus locations in Springfield, Ozark, and Lebanon, Missouri. OTC reserves the right to determine when snow removal is required and will contact contractor when services are needed.

Pre-Bid/Site Visits are Mandatory for first time bidders sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus     Monday, September 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 3369B East Jackson, Ozark, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Richwood Valley Campus/TTI  Monday, September 26, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Lebanon Campus                   Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
