Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide custodial services for a term of twenty-one (24) months to coordinate with the College’s fiscal year. Bids are to provide cleaning services and supplies as needed to clean all interior areas and surfaces for Ozarks Technical Community College with campuses located in Springfield, Ozark, Branson, Lebanon, Reed Springs and Waynesville, Missouri.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections during the following schedule:

Lebanon LEC              Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Waynesville WEC      Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Springfield CWD       Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Springfield FAC         Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

 Ozark TTI                   Friday, February 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Branson BEC              Friday, February 3, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Reeds Spring              Friday, February 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Project Description

a)     The work includes providing all types Custodial Cleaning Services needed to maintain entryways, restrooms, vending areas, labs and/or shops, offices, hallways, classrooms, work rooms, and stairs. Also, maintaining glass surfaces in restroom and at all entryways including window ledges and seals.
