Ozarks Technical Community College-Invitation for Window Cleaning Services
SUMMARY OF THE WORK:
a) The work includes cleaning all vertical glass surfaces, skylights and adjacent mullions, doors/window ledges and seals.
Cleaning Intervals
a) Glass cleaning is to be performed twice a year spring/fall.
1. Spring Cleaning to be performed during the third and fourth weeks of March.
2. Fall Cleaning to be performed the third and fourth weeks of September.
Exceptions
1. Cleaning of book cases and or trophy cases are excluded from this contract.
2. Restroom mirrors are excluded from this contract.
PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISITS
A pre-bid meeting will be mandatory for first time bidders to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.
