Description

The university is interested in creating a separate parking lot that can be controlled close to JQH Arena for use during events. This lot will use the two most western bays of parking in Lot 15. These 2 parking bays will be separated from the main lot with manual gates. A new entrance/exit drive will be created off of Monroe Street. The new entrance/exit should also have manual gates to close off the new entrance when the restricted lot is not in use. When no events are taking place at the JQH Arena, lot 15A will be open to the patrons eligible to park in lot 15.
