CLARIFICATION ITEMS:1. Minimum Wage Rates: The minimum prevailing wage rates as determined by Missouri Division of Labor Standards , Annual Wage Order No. 18 and Davis Bacon General Decision: MO20100001 06/03/2011 MO1 and MO20100004 06/04/2010 MO4 shall be paid.
2. Applicable Wage Orders can be found at www.labor.mo.gov and www.gpo.gov/davisbacon/MO.html for Greene County Missouri.
3. Asbestos testing will be conducted by Owner’s Consultant under separate contract. Any materials found to be containing asbestos will be removed and properly disposed of under separate contract with Owner’s Contractor prior to awarding contract to successful bidder for

Bids will be accepted to provide Complete Demolition and Disposal Services for OTC owned property for the residential structures located at 1020 and 1116 E. Pythian, Springfield, Missouri 65802. These services are to be provided for Ozarks Technical Community College, Springfield, Missouri.
Bids must be submitted upon the standard forms made available and furnished by the Ozarks Technical Community College. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the posted closing time for the receipt of bids. Sealed Bids shall be received no later than10:00 a.m., CST, Friday, June 17, 2011 (time shall be determined by the clock in the RPM Building). Submittals received after 10:00 a.m. shall be returned unopened. A sealed envelope must be delivered to the OTC Operations Center (Facilities Office) or mailed, addressed to:
