The roof of Kentwood Hall and Scholars House will be replaced under this contract. At Kentwood Hall all roofing shall be replaced with the exception of the roof over the Crystal Room or large meeting room. The roof over the dining center and main building will be replaced. The work at Kentwood may start immediately upon award and shall be finished prior to any work starting at Scholars House. The roof at Scholars House will also be replaced under this contract. Work at Scholars House cannot be started until May 14, 2011 at the earliest.
