Attendance at one of the pre-bid conferences is mandatory for bid consideration.  Both conferences will be held at the City Utilities Training Room- 2nd floor, 301 E. Central (Training Center), Springfield, MO 65802, and each will be followed by an on-site review of the existing facilities at Blackman Water Treatment Plant, 2601 S. Blackman Rd, Springfield, MO 65809.

GENERAL SCOPE

City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri, seeks bids for the provision of all labor, equipment and materials to construct on site sodium hypochlorite generation facilities for the Blackman Water Treatment Plant.  Facilities include a cmu block building approximately 150’l x 50’w x 24’h, indoor piping and electrical, outdoor above ground and underground yard piping and electrical.
