The Southwest Missouri Code Officials (SMCO) is presenting an educational opportunity on Wednesday, December 10 from 8 am to 4:15 pm at the Springfield Botanical Center (2400 S. Scenic Ave.).

The highlight of this meeting is the IRC changes from the 2012 to the 2015 code. The presenter is Russell Thornburg who has presented SMCO training before. He has over 30 years of experience in code enforcement. He is a very knowledgeable and entertaining instructor.
