Invitation to bid-Snow Removal Services FY18

Ozarks Technical Community College

Bids will be accepted to provide Snow Removal Services from driveways and parking areas as needed. These bids are to include hourly rates, setup charges for pre-staging of equipment, not to exceed number of hours, and the minimal amount of equipment available at each campus. Ozarks Technical Community College has campuses located in Springfield and Lebanon , Missouri.

PRE-BID MEETINGS & SITE VISITS

Pre-Bid/Site Visits are Mandatory for ALL bidders.

Sites will be available for pre-bid inspections using the following schedule:

OTC Facilities Office located at 933 E. Central Springfield, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Springfield Main Campus                   Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.

OTC Facilities Office located at 22360 Hwy. MM, Lebanon, MO to answer questions regarding the upcoming bids.

Lebanon Campus                                Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.
