We are pleased to invite you to bid on a new, ground up 19,209 SF Aldi Food Store at 2411 Missouri BLVD, Jefferson City MO, Jefferson City, MO. The building is scheduled to be open at 10:00 am EST on Wednesday, March 20th. this will be your only opportunity to get inside. This is a Union project.
Site Scopes include Building demolition of the Moser’s Building, grading, storm, utilities, asphalt paving, site concrete, landscaping and irrigation. Building scopes include concrete, masonry, steel erection, rough & finish carpentry, Nichiha, bat & foam insulation, metal panels & soffit, overhead door & dock equipment, storefront, metal studs & drywall, finishes and all MEP trades. See Appendixes A & B for owner supplied and owner supplied and installed items. The steel package has already been ordered by the owner. Erection is by the General Contractor. Roofing is by the owner.
