Advertisement to Bid-Diesel Mechanics Training Center 17-409 Project

All endorsed and sealed “Proposals” for General Contracting shall be mailed to or delivered to the office of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services, Rob Rector, Information Commons 1001 E. Chestnut Expressway Room 204D at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC Springfield Campus), Springfield, Missouri 65802, no later than 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 18, 2018. All received and qualified proposals will be opened and read aloud publicly in the Information Commons second floor board room.

Construction Drawings and Specifications will be available on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 and may be purchased or downloaded through Engineers Reprographics, 1600 E. St. Louis St., Springfield, Missouri 65802, Phone: 869- 2222. www.erplanroom.com

The bidder understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids and / or to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 3:30 pm, Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the Information Commons second floor board room.

PREVAILING WAGES:
Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order in effect at the time of bidding, and the Davis Bacon Act, Wage Determination Order.

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION:
All Work for this project shall be substantially complete by November 30, 2018.
