All endorsed “Proposals” shall be mailed to or delivered to the office of the College Project Manager, Blayne Radford, Operations Center, Ozarks Technical Community College, 933 E. Central Ave., Springfield, Missouri 65802, no later than 3:00 p.m., CST, April 26, 2018, (time shall be determined by the clock in the College Project Manager’s office). All received and qualified proposals will be opened and read aloud publicly.

Construction Drawings and Specifications will be available on April 3, 2018 and may be purchased or downloaded through Engineers Reprographics’ Online Planroom, 1600 E St Louis, Springfield, Missouri 65802. (417) 869-222.

The bidder understands that Ozarks Technical Community College reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids and / or to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 1:30 pm, Tuesday, April 10, 2018, beginning at the site, 1393 Highway V, Hollister, Missouri 65672.

PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wages shall be paid in accordance with the Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order in effect at the time of bidding.

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: All Work for this project shall be substantially complete by August 10, 2018.
