INVITATION TO BID

The Purdy R-II School District will receive sealed bids for: Purchase and Removal OR Demolition and
Removal of a building located at 104 S. Gabby Gibbons Drive, Purdy, MO 65734. Alternate proposals will
be considered for dirt work to level the lot after the removal/demolition of the building. Proposals from
qualified parties will be received by the Office of the Superintendent of Schools until noon on June 15,
2018 at 201 S. Gabby Gibbons Drive, Purdy, MO 65734. Proposals will be opened and read aloud.

The following types of bids will be reviewed:
1. Purchase and removal of building (relocated to another site).
2. Purchase and removal of building (piece-by-piece and purchaser will keep all materials).
3. Demolition of buildings and haul off to state approved landfill.

The following types of bid alternates will be reviewed:
1. Site/dirt work to level the lot after removal.

The Purdy R-II Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject
and all bids. Timelines for removal process may be considered in the bidding process. Any questions
