Sapp Design Architects is currently seeking to fill the position of an interior designer. This new team member would work in collaboration with the architectural team and not be solely responsible for interior design. They will work with the design team to facilitate interior concepts, form, space, material, and experience, and not just be focused on interior decorating. Responsibilities would include the selection and specification of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting & artwork, millwork design and detailing, reviewing and supporting the production of cost estimates, the development of overall space design and furniture layout, and working in Revit to produce related construction documents.

Our Vision for this position is a designer that can dive in deeper than just “finishes and furniture selection”, but is an integral part of the design process, seamlessly working with Architects on day one of our design processes to apply space planning methodology and aesthetic visioning.
