Prebid Meeting at Thayer High School on October 10th at 10:30 a.m.

Project Description: Project consists of a 15,000 SF of new expansion and 7,000 SF of remodel of the original High School to accommodate the increased student population of the School District. The project consists of eight classrooms, a STEM Lab, expansion of existing cafeteria and administration space, upgrade to the electrical service to the entire facility as well as renovating some existing classrooms to meet current demands.

Project cost range is anticipated to be approximately $2,250,000.
